The Fitchburg Longsjo Classic is on NRC schedule for this weekend.

One of America's oldest and largest pro/am races, Fitchburg Longsjo began yesterday, July 3rd, with the 6.55 mi Best Western Royal Plaza/Rindge Road Time Trial.

Proving she is more than just one of the top sprinters in the world, the 44-year old Laura Van Gilder (Cheerwine) came in fourth on the day behind a pair of teammates, Stacy Marple and Catherine Cheatley, and Colavita's Kristin McGrath.
