That's Jens Voigt celebrating, but Oscar Pereiro's time is coming, too.

So, was Jens Voigt (CSC) just picking off the low-hanging fruit Saturday of Stage 13 of the Tour de France? Was this merely a day in the sun for Team CSC, just as Friday was Discovery's day to shine with Yaroslav Popovych's stage victory?

And what of the gap -- and I don't mean the city that serves as the Tour's gateway to the Alps? Why did Team Phonak give Oscar Pereiro (Caisse d'Epargne) nearly a half-hour in time and the yellow jersey? Our Boy Lance has employed similar tactics in the past, but will Floyd Landis, who looked SO good in yellow, be similarly served?
