I am the same way it sounds ...This sounds awesome!! I am the same way it sounds like you were. I have always been an athlete and don't think Yoga is for me. The way you describe it, however, sounds much more like what I'm looking for. The problem...I don't know how to find a yoga center that will match this caliber that you speak of and not la-dee-da yoga. Any thoughts?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
